Hard to tell how truly moronic this book is from the poorly written review but it seems to be another anecdote filled tome recounting depressed ex-employees, misleading statistics and outright lies about companies that "downsize" (a despicable word) or otherwise reduce their workforce. The conclusion ignores our current decades long boom. Both, the reviewer and author must never have heard of GM, Ford or France.
