Let me get this straight. This "victim" was raped in the past and now decides to go to a house late at night, filled with drunk lacrosse men, drunk on her own, dressed like a prostitute, recently bruised and now doesn't want to testify? Heck, in America, if you've got no assets you can sue darn near anyone......and still get a book deal......
