Of course, the "decisionage" in Muskegon tax matters is a millage vote, congenitally supported by our lone newspaper (and soon to be dead) TheChronicle, in the frost of February, voted upon by 10% of the citizens with a 51% approval.
Making us the perfect "6% solution" for ripping off us taxpayers.
