See Ragbirds at the Blue Note June 4 - MLive.com
"The Ragbirds, a “vegetable oil-powered infectious global groove” folk-rock band, will be appearing at the Blue Note, 760 W. Broadway in Norton Shores, June 4.
(According to a press release, the band’s new bus runs on waste vegetable oil.)
The gypsy-roots band is a change of pace for the Blue Note, which is known for hosting primarily metal, punk or hip-hop concerts. It is lead by frontwoman Erin Zindle and utilizes instruments from around the world.
The Ragbirds’ website states that “they put on a show that is designed to engage the audience on many levels — to get people thinking, listening and dancing.”
The show starts at 10:30 p.m. Tickets are $5 at the door. No one under 21 will be admitted."
