This is made up. Its an urban legend started by someone who is running against Giffords. This was totally debunked by Snopes (http://www.snopes.com/politics/quotes/giffords.asp). Its 2010, we have this thing called the internet and its friend google. I’d expect a BLOGGER to know about them.
