It's sorta hard to believe this guy is serious about "encouraging" folks to use electricity at night when the only customers who get this option are self-admitted tree huggers.
Why not offer this to all customers?
Run the pool pump, air conditioner, washer/dryer, dishwasher, lawn sprinkler, etc. at night and get a discount (while you reduce peak usage!).
Apparently not!
Another purely political move in our "Pure Michigan" state of disaster.
