The percentile ranking of schools was based on a number of factors, including student proficiency, student improvement and achievement gaps among all students within a school.
Graduation rates were considered for high schools.

If we don't fix our schools, no amount of money will fix our community.
Just throwing more money at teachers and administrators is NOT the answer.
