The city will pay a maximum of $5,500 toward an individual health insurance plan, $11,000 for two people and $15,000 for a family.
That will translate into employees paying 15.25 percent to 19.13 percent of the costs of their insurance, depending on the number of people they choose to insure, Montague City Manager John French said.
