Fuller said she heard of three voters in Norton Shores who got angry when they were told they had to choose one party.
When she was explaining the voting procedure to one person asking for an absentee ballot, he asked her where he could get a ballot that would let him vote for both parties.
“I said, ‘In November,’” she said.
