After two years of “volatile” negotiations, Oakridge Public Schools has a new labor contract with its teachers.
The three-year contract goes back two years and covers this school year.
It includes no wage increases, other than one year of step increases, teachers taking on a larger share of insurance costs and the elimination of an early retirement incentive.
