"I called Muskegon County Sheriff Dean Roesler and asked him how citizens should respond when they see an officer from any department clearly violating traffic laws.
He said they should contact the department the officer works for and file a complaint.
Roesler believes police departments have a responsibility to hold their officers accountable for their behavior, the same way they hold citizens accountable."
