"City commissioners on Tuesday, July 9 unanimously approved a resolution rejecting the initial Comcast offer and requesting negotiations with the cable company with regional offices in Lansing.
The city is seeking free cable connections to city facilities and an extension of the cable system to the city’s Hartshorn Marina, according to a letter Mazade is sending Comcast officials."
