Color coding school performance could give a kid an inferiority complex

Tim Skubick: Color coding school performance could give a kid an inferiority complex | MLive.com:
"There could be real consequences using the color code instead of letter grades.
Apparently somebody did not consider the fact that if you stick a child with the stigma of an ugly color, such as lime green, (ugh) imagine the impact that will have on the kid’s self- concept, which everyone knows must be nurtured.
Test scores will plummet as they labor under the “label” that will follow them the rest of their lives."
