"Detroit’s top elections officials on Thursday predicted a smooth but slightly later than usual tabulation of votes on Tuesday for the primary election for mayor and City Council.
But final election results, factoring in what’s expected to include a huge number of write-in votes, may not be clear for as long as two weeks."
