"More than 230,000 electric customers remain without power in Michigan’s lower peninsula after this weekend’s ice storm, with about 58,000 of those out in metro Detroit, according to local energy providers.
....A total of 303,000 Consumers customers have been affected by the storms, Dodd Said. In metro Detroit, about 150,000 customers lost power after Saturday’s storm blanketed trees, roads and power lines with ice."
