"In a letter   to US Attorney Eric Holder, Rep. Marcia Fudge explains her concern about limiting voting due to restrictive legislation.
In her letter she states that in Ohio there are 900,000 Ohioans without proper ID, if legislation passes that would reduce the number of people and their right to vote.
She also states that one in four African-Americans do not hold and Id so this legislation would hit minorities in particular."
