"A clear majority of the American people say that the Obama administration is not competent to manage the affairs of the U.S. government, according to a Quinnipiac poll released Wednesday.Those who believe the Obama administration is incompetent weigh in at a clip of 53-42 – a margin of 11 points. In addition, more people believe that the president is not even paying attention to what’s going on than the contrary: 47-45. (That may be because the president finds out about all those “phony scandals” by reading about them in the news.)
