"Overall, the agency integral in managing ObamaCare saw a $7 million increase in its payroll from its 2012 level of $69 million.
According to reports, the average raise issued was more than $4,700. Some, however, were much higher.
Even Henry Chao, the agency’s deputy director of the office of information blamed for his direct involvement in the botched rollout, enjoyed a salary of more than $163,000 last year."
