"DETROIT, MI - Detroit police deputy chief Darryl Brown said Sunday a 24-year-old is in custody after he allegedly shot to death a 19-year-old at the 50th annual Cinco de Mayo parade in Southwest Detroit. 

The victim has been identified by relatives as Andreas "Noodles" DeJesus, of Southwest Detroit."
