"In a vote roughly along party lines, the House voted late Wednesday to hold Lerner in contempt 231-187. All Republicans voted for the resolution with six Democrats joining them.
 The case now heads to the Justice Department where Attorney General Eric Holder must decide if the department will prosecute Lerner.
 With the heavily-politicized Justice Department having been selective in recent years with what laws they will and will not enforce, it appears unlikely that Holder’s Justice Department will prosecute Lerner for her refusal to cooperate with investigative committees."
