Detroit is operating two centers this week to help residents affected by last week's severe flooding find services.The city says the centers will operate 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for four days, beginning Tuesday.
Detroit says people will be able to get "information on financial assistance, social services, hiring restoration contractors, obtaining construction permits and health information."
.....The centers won't offer direct financial aid.
