The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) has just released their Report Card on American Education: K-12 Performance, Progress and Reform monograph which includes a detailed analysis of the NAEP testing results.
One of the study’s findings: “State academic achievement improved from 2003 to 2013, at least in one subject, with only a single exception – Michigan.”
The report breakdowns the scores by subject, grade, all students, low-income students, etc."
