Meeting slated to discuss $5.2 million downtown Fenton project | MLive.com:
"Burns said they anticipate the road portion of the project to wrap up sometime in November but there may be some landscaping work still planned for spring 2016.
Forty percent of the $5.2 million project is funded through grants from the state of Michigan and Federal Highway Fund. 
Burns said the DDA will fund $3 million of the project's costs."
