"President Barack Obama’s administration has begun the second phase in federalizing the police. And as predicted, he is again using Baltimore to expand his agenda.As you may recall, I wrote in May that Obama would use the recent events in Baltimore to convince the American public that federalization of the police force was necessary in order to fix the problems of Baltimore and other cities.
I also said that in order for the administration to succeed in their plan, several “actors” would be required to play their role."
