Port Huron boy, 4, shoots baby brother with BB gun:
"....Seghi said the father had left a loaded BB gun within reach of his 4-year-old son.
The boy began playing with the gun. it discharged and hit his 1-year-old brother in the neck.
The shot did break skin, but did not lodge in the child’s neck, Seghi said.
He said the injury appeared to be minor..."
