Think the media in Paris covering the world “climate change” conference will give Americans an unbiased report about the impact of the global agreement?
Judging by video published by Miranda Johnson, environment correspondent for The Economist, the answer might be no.
As the deal was announced, reporters alongside Johnson in the press room can be seen jumping to their feet, cheering and hugging each other. Several women can be seen repeatedly jumping off the ground in excitment.
“Watching #ParisAgreement close w journos. Feels like watching @themichaelowen score in EnglandVBrazil 2002 again,” Johnson observed in a tweet that was later deleted.
It’s understandable for a politician to celebrate, but the so-called “unbiased” media?
