Henry Ford was a visionary! Paying your employees a wage that enabled them to care for their family AND afford the product they produced. THEN setting an established amount of time to run three consecutive shifts allowing their employees to have the time to attend to their family AND the time to use the cars they bought! Sharing the wealth of the company with the employees that made that wealth possible is good business sense.
