Michigan commission authorizes natural gas rate hike for Consumers Energy - Crain's Detroit Business:
"The MPSC said Consumers' residential customers will see a 1.6 percent rate increase from the last such increase.
General service customers would see an average increase of 4 percent, records show.
Yet Consumers will refund customers a portion of a rate increase it implemented on its own in January, which was $20 million more than what the commission approved Thursday, according to the MPSC. The refund amount will be decided later."
