Hillary: I Imagine North America With A 'More Open Border' | The Daily Caller:
"Hillary Clinton said in 2015 speech to a major Canadian bank that the North American future that she imagines is one with a “much more open border,” according to excerpts of her private speeches released by Wikileaks.
“The North American future that I imagine is one that would give us energy connectivity, give us a much more open border where goods and services more easily flowed, would give us the chance to put our heads together about what else we can do together, bringing Mexico in to continue the work we have started on health care like early warning systems for epidemic diseases,” Clinton said to the the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) in a January 2015 speech. CIBC paid Clinton for the $150,000 speech.
Another excerpt from a Clinton private speech to a bank had Clinton expressing support for open borders. “My dream is a hemispheric common market, with open trade and open borders, some time in the future with energy that is as green and sustainable as we can get it, powering growth and opportunity for every person in the hemisphere,” Hillary said in a May 2013 speech at to Brazilian Banco Itau.
Her spokesman Brian Fallon told The Daily Caller Sunday night, “[Hillary] does not support an open borders immigration policy.”
Fallon pointed instead to her support for “comprehensive immigration reform.”"
