In a fruitless quest to make herself relevant and extend her fading 15 minutes of fame, Elizabeth Warren just confirmed Supreme Court Justice nominee Gorsuch and wasn't even aware of it. Warren was gagged by Turtle McConnell on the floor of Senate for violating the rules when she went on tirade by attacking Jeff Sessions using a rule design to end debate, called Rule 19.

This clause is known in Senate parlance as the two-speech rule.
No senator may speak more than two times on the same matter on the same legislative day.
