We must take a close look at what all this kneeling on the field represents.
What the Kaepernick and BLM movement actually stand for.

This does seem to be a bit one sided. What is not mentioned is that police will not stop a black man in a business suit carrying a brief case. On the other hand if you look like a "gansta" drug dealer then one can expect the reaction of the police to be somewhat different.
It's not racial profiling per se, but rather looking like a criminal that will solicit police attention.
Another factor not considered, is black on black crime. It's horrific and for that I blame the Democrats and their deliberate attempt to destroy the black family via their ill advised "War on Poverty" program. Young boys need fathers in order to learn how to be men. Without fathers to teach them, they will instead learn masculinity from gangs such as the Crips or Bloods and we've seen how that has turned out.
All of my black friends, and I have a lot of them, are educated and are from either Africa or from the Caribbean where the Church is or was quite strong. All of them had both mothers and fathers while growing up, and ALL of them are professionals with wives and families of their own.
We need to ditch this political correctness nonsense and start looking at the real causes of the mess the American black community finds itself in.
Interesting points.
Thanks!
