"A Social Justice Warrior at the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs (UCCS) has declared in a school newsletter article that veterans should be banned from four-year universities because of their affiliation with “extremist right-wing groups” and tendency to “frighten” LGBT students.
The author, Terry Steinawitz, argues that veterans should be banned from all four-year universities because veterans “openly mock the ideas of diversity and safe spaces,” are socialized into a military culture that is “that of a white supremacist organization,” frighten students by having an “overwhelming presence in the classroom” that can distract “vulnerable” students, especially “LGBTQQI2SSA” individuals, and have ties to groups like the Tea Party and NRA.
...The article concludes that banning veterans is necessary “in order to protect our academic institutions.”

“A spokesman from UCCS confirmed to Campus Reform that the newsletter was posted ‘on an open community bulletin board in our University Center,’ which is similar to a student union at other universities..."
