Since this story comes from the UK, I wonder what percentage of the sexual offenders are 'immigrants' from the Mid East and have first names like "Muhammad" and 'Jazeel'. Of course, the Leftist 'one-world' media doesn't want to go down that road -- not yet, anyway.
