EXPLOSIVE – About All These “New” Positive COVID Cases – State Health Departments Manipulating Data, Changing Definitions.. | The Last Refuge
In order for a "case" to be reported a "probable case" (which the news reports as "new case") it needs ONLY this:
1. A  reported "cough"or "sore throat" within the last 2 weeks and
2. "Contact" (meaning you were in a building or area. Not touching!) with a "confirmed" or "PROBABLE" case within the last 2 weeks.
This is ENTIRELY different from"confirmed cases"!
