"I had a hilarious post yesterday from a connection in Wales:

"You never hear Spaniards going "I dream of moving to Wales". 

The Climate is too hot here in Spain - what I'd like is pissing, freezing rain 360 days of the year, with loads of damp and mould growing on the stuff out in the shed! 

I have had enough of this warmth! 

Bring on Cardiff!".
But every second Welsh/English person wants to move to Spain - for the Climate.
"Global Warming!" 

Good. 

It's bloody freezing here most days. 

Some warmth would be welcome. 

If it meant 20 Islands in the pacific got submerged and the 50 people who live there had to move to the next higher Paradise Island - I'm pretty Ok with that Sacrifice too as it happens.

At least you wouldn't need to do a short Spetznaz Induction course before stripping off to have a shower in the Baltic conditions that prevail here."
