- Wanting things done right (A quest for perfection)
- A sense of urgency (somehow being motivated is a sin)
- Defending your position (BLM says "defensiveness")
- Expecting production (the BLM folks call this "quantity over quality")
- Writing things down (the BLM folks call this "worship of the written word)
- Respect for the chain of command (BLM says "paternalism")
- Decision making (BLM says "either/or thinking)
- Getting promoted/attaining increased responsibilities (BLM says "power hoarding")
- Leadership (BLM says "fear of open conflict")
- Out of the box thinking (BLM says "individualism")
- Success (BLM says "progress is more")
- Being fair (BLM says "objectivity" - somehow objectivity is bad)
- Respect for leadership (BLM says "right to comfort")
These are typically the reasons used by slackers and underperforming employees.
Some of them are even contradictory - in many of these, white privilege is supposed to be bad because it doesn't allow individuality and yet individuality is also bad.
If this is what people are being taught (and it is), they are not being taught the dangers of "white privilege" they are being taught how to fail at work and at life.

They are being taught that their lack of success is due to the racism of whites people and not a lack of performance.
None of this is "white", it is how people become successful at any level in a capitalist economy no matter what skin color you wear."
