Day of Understanding --On Thursday at 9 a.m., an estimated 188,000 Ford employees globally will be invited to participate virtually in a company town hall for a Day of Understanding.
It will include a keynote address by Bryant Marks titled: "The Hidden Bias of Good People," with a discussion about unconscious bias that all people have.
