Social Media Must Ban Violent Rightwing Extremists
FACEBOOK, TWITTER, YOUTUBE
The leading social media platforms - Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube - all played key roles in the Capitol insurrection on January 6, 2021.
For far too long, these platforms have tolerated white supremacist and misogynistic groups like QAnon and the Proud Boys.
Donald Trump used social media to summon and incite the mob that invaded the Capitol.
Tell Facebook, Twitter and YouTube to permanently ban Donald Trump and all right-wing extremist accounts that are planning violent attacks and spreading dangerous lies.
