The American concept of education is the "No Child Left Behind" model, one condemned to fail because, as we all know, there are some smarter than others and some, like me, who are going to have to put in a lot of work just to be average.
But that is a reality of life and no social justice policy or program is going to change it.
One of the greatest problems I have with our current perspective within the factory, assembly line, schools is the idea that classes of kids must progress at exactly the same rate.

All this does is bore the smarter, better prepared kids to death and lowers the learning to the lowest common denominator...READ IT ALL!
