• Before the MI Supreme Court issued a ruling in O'Halloran v Benson, MI SoS Jocelyn Benson PAC gave Justice Kyra Bolden campaign an $82,500 "Gift". 
• I'm sure it's pure "coincidence", but Kyra Bolden wrote the majority opinion in the 4-3 MI Supreme Court ruling that overturned a previous 3-0 Court of Appeals ruling and Court of Claims ruling against Benson's unlawful election directives. 
• The directives at issue in this ruling effectively outlawed Poll Challenger oversight of MI elections.
