- Even after lowering the needed scores the Milwaukee Public School students are STILL NOT scoring high enough to be viewed as proficient.
- Additionally, the DPS has changed to language in describing how students are deemed 'proficient' and twisted the process for FOIA to make it very difficult to get the data...

Soooo... The state Department of Public Schools dropped the points needed to be viewed as proficient in reading, math, etc | Facebook
In reading, the score was lowered from 60 pts to 48. - Mark
