• Adding fraudulent votes to voting machines is common enough that there’s a name for it: “ringing up” votes.
• The bribed officials would “add fraudulent votes on the voting machine – also known as ‘ringing up’ votes” for … preferred candidates.” 
• During Election Day, the elections officials would tell Myers how many votes were needed in order to create a win for the preferred candidate, and the officials would add these fraudulent votes to the totals. 

Then, they would later falsely certify that the voting machine results were accurate...
