HARVARD VS THE US GOVERNMENT. ???

Clarice Feldman - I wish I could say I am surprised to hear Harvard graduate lawyers, now speaking for Harvard, claiming that it is unconstitutional for the Federal Government to enforce the law when it comes to Harvard. - Roger Froikin is with Daniel Frank and 35 others.

Harvard is a Private Organization with a multi-billion dollar endowment fund. Harvard is a Tax exempt Organization.

• Under federal law, a Tax Exempt Educational organization has no right to Federal Funds Grants...
• Under federal law, Institutions of Higher Education must not discriminate for or against students or hiring on the basis of religion, gender, national origin or race...

So, tell me. 

Is legal education at Harvard so bad.
Or are these lawyers just twisting things to excuse antisemitism and partisan politics, just as many lawyers did in the 1930’s in Nazi Germany to justify the regimes policies...
