Union thug rapes student, union thug lawyers rape taxpayers! Parents are stunned that the union is seeking a $10,000 severance for teacher who molested their son

Parents are stunned that the union is seeking a $10,000 severance for teacher who molested their son - EAGnews.org powered by Education Action Group Foundation, Inc
WEST BRANCH, Mich. – The Michigan Education Association is going to arbitration to try to force the West Branch-Rose City school district to pay a former teacher who was convicted of molesting a student a $10,000 severance buyout.

Neil Erickson coverThe father of the victim is outraged, calling the union’s efforts on behalf of the sex criminal “ludicrous” and saying any school money due to the teacher should go to his son, who is “out there trying to make it in this world all messed up.”
Neal Erickson, a former math teacher at Rose City Middle School, was convicted this summer of raping a young student over three years, from 2006 to 2009, and sentenced to 15-30 years in prison.
The case sparked community outrage when several of the district’s teachers wrote letters of support for Erickson, pleading for a lenient sentence. A school board member, Mike Eagan, also drew the public’s ire when he sat with the Erickson family at the pedophile’s sentencing.
The community rallied by the victim’s parents, John and Lori Janczewski, to urge the school board to terminate Erickson’s supporters, but officials ultimately decided to keep the teachers out of fear of legal retaliation.
Erickson pleaded guilty of first-degree sexual misconduct with a minor May 8.
Erickson was placed on paid administrative leave when state police launched an investigation in October 2012. Erickson was arrested and charged with criminal sexual conduct in December 2012.
On March 26, 2013 WB-RC officials offered a $10,000 buyout for any qualifying teacher who left the school district that year, an incentive superintendent Dan Cwayna said the district had used in the past to encourage needed staff reductions.
While its not clear when Erickson’s employment was terminated, the union’s action suggests he was still on the payroll when the buyout was offered and accepted it.

Kelly File Investigation: Who's Getting Paid After DOJ's $13 Billion Settlement With JPMorgan? | Fox News Insider:
" the settlement stipulates that the money will go to a group called NeighborWorks of America, which works to provide affordable housing and funds a network of community organizers.

In 2011, the group gave out $35 billion to 115 different organizations.
Critics argue that some of those groups are similar to ACORN, which was embroiled in a voter fraud scandal in 2008.

Megyn Kelly discussed the new revelations with Judge Andrew Napolitano, who called it a "perversion of justice for the federal government to extort billions of dollars from the second-largest bank in the United States and give it away to the president's political friends and favorite political causes."

A male subject was reportedly fighting with store security as they were trying to take him into custody at that location.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with the subject and immediately recognized him as the subject they were seeking with the outstanding warrant.

The subject was taken into custody and lodged at the Muskegon County Jail for the incident at the mall as well as the outstanding warrant from Tennessee.

No further information regarding this incident, including the name of the involved subject, is being released by police at this time.

1. Free people are not equal, and equal people are not free.
2. What belongs to you, you tend to take care of; what belongs to no one or everyone tends to fall into disrepair.
3. Sound policy requires that we consider long-run effects and all people, not simply short-run effects and a few people.
4. If you encourage something, you get more of it; if you discourage something, you get less of it.
5. Nobody spends somebody else's money as carefully as he spends his own.
6. Government has nothing to give anybody except what it first takes from somebody, and a government that's big enough to give you everything you want is big enough to take away everything you've got.
7. Liberty makes all the difference in the world.

He opened fire and later told reporters, "I was firing on him and he couldn't say nothing."
According to WVEC of Norfolk, Virginia, Winder called 911 after hearing strange noises in his home.

As he bent down to pick it up, he saw 37-year old John Buck Fields hiding in the closet and shot at him twice.

"The new earned income tax to help fund Obamacare is 0.9%.
"Earned income is compensation from participation in a business, including wages, salary, tips, commissions and bonuses," Studnick explained.
This tax will be placed on any income earned over $200K for those who are single and any income earned over $250K for those who are married and filing jointly.

The new unearned income tax is more complicated. "The simple definition of unearned income is income derived from sources other than employment such as interest and dividends from investments, or income from rental property," Studnick said.
Your modified adjusted income over $200K if you’re single and over $250K if you’re married and filing jointly, will be compared to your unearned income.
The lesser of the two will be taxed at 3.8%."

School drops sexual harassment charge against boy | The Daily Caller:
"The six-year-old boy who was suspended for kissing his girlfriend on her hand will not have a charge of sexual harassment added to his permanent record, school officials announced.

Hunter Yelton was initially suspended for two days and charged with sexual harassment by officials at the elementary school in Canon City, Colo. But since the behavior — a kiss on the hand — was so innocuous, and the relationship consensual, his mother complained about the harshness of the charge.

Yelton didn’t know what sex was, but became more curious about it after learning he had been charged with sexual harassment. This led to an uncomfortable conversation between the boy and his mother, Jennifer Saunders. (RELATED: Sexual harassment charge for six-year-old who kissed his GF’s hand)"

Even if an increase in the minimum wage to $10.10 per hour doesn’t cost jobs, it’ll still make unskilled workers worse off

Even if an increase in the minimum wage to $10.10 per hour doesn’t cost jobs, it’ll still make unskilled workers worse off | AEIdeas:
"In other words, let’s buy into President Obama’s recent claim that “There’s no solid evidence that a higher minimum wage costs jobs” (which got a “Two Pinocchio rating” by the Washington Post, indicating “Significant omissions and/or exaggerations.”)

Even if we accept those questionable and unrealistic assumptions above that contradict economic theory and most of the empirical evidence on the minimum wage, we cannot therefore conclude that “increases in the minimum wage have no negative effects on unskilled workers.”

Here’s why:
Even if we assume that the same number of unskilled teenage workers will be employed after a hike in the minimum wage to $10.10 per hour, and assume that there is NO change in the teenage jobless rate, there are many OTHER adjustments that employers would make to offset the monetary increase in labor costs, which would make many unskilled workers worse off following an increase in the minimum wage to $10.10 per hour:"

▶ KODA in Kindergarten Holiday Concert - YouTube: ""
"While many are still confused by the erratic hand motions of the so-called sign-language interpreter at late South African leader Nelson Mandela’s memorial service, one young girl at a recent school holiday concert stood out from the pack for her apparently adept sign-language skills.

For Claire Koch, who was born to two deaf parents, American Sign Language came more naturally to the 5-year-old than English, reports BuzzFeed.

Her parents were nonetheless surprised when Claire — surrounded by dozens of her peers — opted to use sign language while singing a handful of classic Christmas songs rather than imitate the generic hand motions of her peers.

The nearly 4-minute video, posted to YouTube Monday by Lori Putney Koch, shows Claire as she increasingly hams it up throughout “Santa is His Name-O,” “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” and “I Have a Little Dreidel.”

Those on social media have been sharing it online over the past few days.

“To counter the negative vibrations of “that signing guy at the funeral” I share with you this: Singing at a school concert, a KODA (kid of deaf adult) performed sign language so her mom could understand the lyrics. Filmed by the proud mama!” commented Oji Dannelley Thursday via Google+.

The bacteria blinded my left eye, ate a hole through my heart, caused five strokes on both sides of my brain and forced the removal of my prosthetic left knee.
Dr. Lee was the surgeon assigned to perform open heart surgery. What was originally scheduled to last four hours ended up lasting twelve. My heart was severely damaged. Dr. Lee later told me the surgery was one of the most difficult of his career. He also said I only had a few days to live without the surgery.
Thanks to the excellent insurance I carried I was able to receive life-saving medical treatment at St. Louis University.
This week I found out I am going to lose my insurance. The company that carried me is leaving the Missouri market. I will have to find something else.

Living standards in the nation have collapsed since 2009 (what else happened in 2009?) and the prevalence of rats has helped spread the disease easily.
While China claims to have the bird flu under control (despite some rumors out of Hong Kong), the Red Cross warns there is a risk of a Black Death epidemic."

OMG, they've lost the temperature Gods! ----Terrifying Flat Global Temperature Crisis Threatens To Disrupt U.N. Climate Conference Agenda

Terrifying Flat Global Temperature Crisis Threatens To Disrupt U.N. Climate Conference Agenda - Forbes:
Bummer!
Now, just before members of the U.N.’s Church of the Burning Planet are scheduled to finalize their latest hellfire and brimstone sermon, a chilling development has occurred.
A flood of blasphemous reports circulated among ranks of former faithful parishioners are challenging human-caused climate crisis theology.
.......You certainly know the jig is up when the New York Times finally recognizes that the feverish climate fervor is overheated.
They reported on June 6 that “The rise in the surface temperature of Earth has been markedly slower over the last 15 years than in the 20 years before that.
And that lull in warming has occurred even as greenhouse gases have accumulated in the atmosphere at a record pace.”
Reporter Justin Gillis went on to admit that the break in temperature increases “highlights important gaps in our knowledge of the climate system”, whereby the lack of warming “is a bit of a mystery to climate scientists.”

"Affluenza"? Must be highly contageous ------Ethan Couch Sentenced To Probation In Crash That Killed 4 After Defense Argued He Had 'Affluenza'

Ethan Couch Sentenced To Probation In Crash That Killed 4 After Defense Argued He Had 'Affluenza':
"A 16-year-old avoided spending time in prison for killing four people in a car accident in June after the judge bought his lawyers' argument that he was the victim of wealth.

CBSDFW reports that Ethan Couch was sentenced to 10 years probation for the drunk driving crash that ended the lives of youth pastor, Brian Jennings; Hollie and Shelby Boyles; and Breanna Mitchell.

Prosecutors asked that Couch serve 20 years in prison. His blood alcohol level was .24, three times the legal limit for an adult.

Psychologist G. Dick Miller testified for the defense that Couch suffered from "affluenza," a condition in which "his family felt that wealth bought privilege and there was no rational link between behavior and consequences," KHOU reported.

Miller said Couch's parents never punished him for his behavior, even when, in a separate incident, cops found him passed out in a car with a naked 14-year-old girl.

As part of his sentence, Couch will be sent to a private counseling center that costs $450,000, which will be paid for by his father."

And we're givin' these guys tanks???? The NYPD’s black-box problem

The NYPD’s black-box problem - NY Daily News:
"The unusual writ, sent to former Village Voice staffer Graham Rayman, demands that he turn over materials involving a source who blew the lid off of the NYPD’s quota system.
That would be former Patrolman Adrian Schoolcraft, whose 2008-09 secret recordings of his superiors in the 81st Precinct demanding that he “make numbers,” whether or not he saw wrongdoing, made clear what had long been rumored about Kelly’s NYPD.

They showed that, in Bed Stuy at least, there were arrest quotas that led to people who’d done little or nothing wrong getting dragged through the system, and crime reports downgraded to massage the numbers.

After reporting the issues to numerous superiors, Schoolcraft was taken from his apartment against his will and forcibly institutionalized by a group of cops joined by Kelly’s then-close aide and top spokesman, Paul Browne."
