Illegal Aliens Demand Driver's Licenses in Lawsuit

Illegal Aliens Demand Driver's Licenses in Lawsuit | NumbersUSA:
"This week, a group of illegal aliens filed a federal law suit against Georgia's Department of Driver Services for what they claim to be a violation of their constitutional rights by denying them driver's licenses.
The plaintiffs, who are not named on the court papers because of "safety concerns", have been authorized for deportation but are petitioning to have their removals suspended or because, in some cases, their home countries will not accept them back.
In the interim, the federal government has issued them work permits and Social Security numbers.
This summer, Georgia started refusing to issue illegal aliens driver licenses because they are "not legally in the United States".
The law-suit states that this act is violates their Equal Protection rights.
Currently, the Department of Driver Services has declined to comment on the lawsuit."

Princeton Prof: ‘Common Misunderstanding’ of Constitution Has Led to ‘Serious Erosion’ of Freedom | Video | TheBlaze.com:

"Princeton University professor Robert George contended in a new video published online Tuesday that a “common misunderstanding” has led to a “serious erosion” of freedom in America.

George, a professor of jurisprudence, asked at the outset of the video: “How does the Constitution of the United States seek to preserve liberty and prevent tyranny?”

With so Many Red Flags, Why Isn't the IRS Auditing the Clinton Foundation? - Breitbart:
"Sixteen months ago, Nicholas Confessore and Amy Chozick wrote in The New York Times about the loose governance and financial performance of the Bill, Hillary, and Chelsea Clinton Foundation. For example, after more than 10 years in operation, the Foundation had internal controls that were only just coming into play, while financial disclosures seemed sloppy and even misleading.
...One special focus is on how much donor money reaches intended charitable beneficiaries.
A second is on whether and how those working inside and with a charity may benefit personally in ways that fall outside the notice of donors, tax authorities, other regulators, and the general public.
...A second consequence was to obscure the poor state of financial controls and the possibility of substantial conflicts of interests involving Bill and Hillary Clinton, and key Foundation personnel..."

Khamenei: Israel won't survive next 25 years | The Times of Israel
"Israel will not survive the next 25 years, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said Wednesday, making a series of threatening remarks published online.
In a quote posted to Twitter by Khamenei’s official account, Khamenei addresses Israel, saying, “You will not see next 25 years,” and adds that the Jewish state will be hounded until it is destroyed.
The quote comes against a backdrop of a photograph showing the Iranian leader walking on an Israeli flag painted on a sidewalk.
“After negotiations, in Zionist regime they said they had no more concern about Iran for next 25 years;
I’d say: Firstly, you will not see next 25 years;
God willing, there will be nothing as Zionist regime by next 25 years.
Secondly, until then, struggling, heroic and jihadi morale will leave no moment of serenity for Zionists,” the quote from Iran’s top leader reads in broken English.
The quote was apparently taken from a speech given earlier in the day.

"We have been silenced by the progressives’ proclaimed superiority in all matters of this country for far too long and it’s time to stand up!

Standing up can sometimes be difficult, however, especially in a world in which you are told that if you speak up and speak out against the progressive flavor de jour then you are a bigot.

We have allowed ourselves to become “guilted” into believing that we just aren’t a tolerant enough people and that we are the ones with the wrong point of view.

Enough already!"

Michigan man stabbed after finding wife in bed with father-in-law | MLive.com:
"PONTIAC, MI -- A 25-year-old stabbing victim told police Sunday he was attacked after discovering his father-in-law in bed with his wife.
Police were called to McLaren Hospital-Oakland about 3:30 a.m. Sunday after the victim arrived with a stab wound to the back.
The victim, who may have suffered a perforated right lung but was in stable condition, told Oakland County Sheriff's deputies the stabbing occurred after he arrived at his West Rundell Avenue home to find his wife and her father lying together in bed, naked.
He told police his father-in-law stabbed him while the two men argued outside the home.
The victim's wife told police she passed out after a night out drinking with her father and she didn't know what happened before being awoken by her husband.
Deputies searched for the father-in-law at the home, but couldn't find him.
Police believe the 47-year-old suspect, who was recently released from prison and had been staying with his daughter and son-in-law, took the victim's car and fled.
The vehicle was listed in police databases as wanted in connection with an attempted murder, according to the sheriff's office."

Gonna be a mega-mess-----New Computer System May Challenge Doctor Offices

New Computer System May Challenge Doctor Offices:
"If things are a bit tense in your doctor's office come Oct. 1, some behind-the-scenes red tape could be to blame.
That's the day when the nation's physicians and hospitals must start using a massive new coding system to describe your visit on insurance claims so they get paid.
Today, U.S. health providers use a system of roughly 14,000 codes to designate a diagnosis, for reimbursement purposes and in medical databases.
To get more precise, the updated system has about 68,000 codes, essentially an expanded dictionary to capture more of the details from a patient's chart.
How precise?
Get nipped feeding a bird, and the codes can distinguish if it was a goose or a parrot.
Have a bike accident with one of those horse-drawn tourist carriages?
Yep, there's a code for that, too..."

GREEK ISLAND OVERWHELMED BY STRANDED MIGRANTS, DESPAIR

News from The Associated Press:
MYTILENE, Greece (AP) -- It was supposed to be the first step on their journey to Western Europe. But now thousands of migrants are mired in despair, anger and frustration on the scenic Greek island of Lesbos.
After perilous sea voyages from neighboring Turkey, they have been stranded here for days, some for nearly two weeks, running out of money and desperate to get to mainland Greece and continue their route.
The island of some 100,000 residents has been transformed by the sudden new population of some 20,000 refugees and migrants, mostly from Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan - and the strain is pushing everyone to the limit.
Fights break out among the migrants as they wait in long lines for hours in the summer heat and humidity, after days without showers.
Families, sleeping on the streets, wander the seaside promenade of Mytilene, Lesbos' capital, asking at the swanky cafes and restaurants to use their bathrooms or charge phones.
The small police force, overwhelmed by the numbers, charges in at any sign of trouble, beating crowds with batons to break them up.
"We escaped from ruin to be met with more ruin here," said Mohammed Salama, a 45-year-old Syrian.
He fled the Damascus suburbs where fighting has raged for years, seeking a refuge so he can bring his four daughters and pregnant wife who remained behind.
...Now Baraah - whose means "innocent" in Arabic - has been stuck in Lesbos for 10 days, her money running out, sleeping on the sidewalk by the port for her chance at the paper.
Sunday morning, she turned to a passing Syrian woman and asked, "How is the line?"
"God curse the line and the line's father," the woman snapped before rushing away.

Hillary on New 25% National Gun Tax: "I am all for that."

Hillary on New 25% National Gun Tax: "I am all for that." | Americans for Tax Reform:
As she testified before the tax-writing Senate Finance Committee on Sept. 30, 1993, Hillary Clinton was asked by Sen. Bill Bradley (D-N.J.) if she supported the imposition of a new, 25 percent national sales tax on guns. Clinton emphatically endorsed the tax, stating: "I am all for that."
As reported by the Associated Press on Oct. 1, 1993:
Sen. Bill Bradley, D-N.J., picked up Mrs. Clinton's support for his idea of slapping stiff taxes on ''purveyors of violence:'' a 25 percent sales tax on guns and $2,500 license fees for gun dealers.
''Speaking personally ... I'm all for that,'' said the first lady. But she stressed she was just speaking for herself.
''Well, let me say that there is no more important personal endorsement in the country today, and I thank you very much,'' said a pleased-as-punch Bradley.
After she publically endorsed the 25 percent gun tax in congressional testimony, she made sure that everyone understood how important this was to her, saying: "I am speaking personally, but I feel very strongly about that."
Remarkably, although the hearing was broadcast on C-SPAN and Clinton's 25 percent gun tax endorsement was noted at the time by the AP, the Washington Post, the New York Times and others, a search of leading news databases reveals not a single media mention since 1993. Americans for Tax Reform is now highlighting the gun tax endorsement as the latest addition to its dossier of Clinton's tax positions, available at HighTaxHillary.com.
"Hillary’s 25 percent gun tax would discourage gun ownership and be a backdoor route to gun registration," said Grover Norquist, president of Americans for Tax Reform. "Hillary has a long history of attacking gun owners."

A side agreement could void the Iran deal - The Washington Post

A side agreement could void the Iran deal - The Washington Post:

"This omission has important legal consequences. At the heart of the act is a provision, negotiated between Congress and the White House, freezing the president’s ability to “waive, suspend, reduce, provide relief from, or otherwise limit the application of statutory sanctions with respect to Iran” while Congress is reviewing the agreement.

That review period was supposed to take 60 days and is triggered the day the president submits the agreement to Congress. However, because the president failed to submit the agreement in full, as the law requires, the 60-day clock has not started, and the president remains unable lawfully to waive"

The Work versus Welfare Trade-Off: Europe

The Work versus Welfare Trade-Off: Europe | Cato Institute:
If welfare benefits become too generous, they can create a significant incentive that encourages recipients to remain “on the dole” rather than to seek employment.
Benefits in European Union (EU) countries vary widely, but in many of them, benefits are high relative to what an individual could expect to earn from a low-wage or entry-level job.

For example, for a single parent with two children in 2013—
  • Welfare benefits in nine EU countries exceeded €15,000 ($18,200) per year. In six countries, benefits exceeded €20,000 ($24,300). Denmark offers the most generous benefit package, valued at €31,709 ($38,558).
  • In nine countries, welfare benefits exceeded the minimum wage in that country.
  • Benefits in 11 countries exceeded half of the net income for someone earning the average wage in that country, and in 6 countries it exceeded 60 percent of the net average wage income.
  • In Austria, Croatia, and Denmark, the effective marginal tax rate for someone leaving welfare for work was nearly 100 percent, meaning that a person would gain virtually no additional income from working. In another 16 countries, individuals would face an effective marginal tax rate in excess of 50 percent.
  • Benefits in the United States fit comfortably into the mainstream of welfare states. Excluding Medicaid, the United States would rank 10th among the EU nations analyzed, more generous than France and slightly less generous than Sweden. Thirty-five states offer a package more generous than the mean benefit package offered in the European countries analyzed.
Many European countries have recognized the problem and have begun to reform their welfare systems to create a better transition from welfare to work.
In fact, the United States is falling behind some European countries with regard to welfare reform.
Countries that are serious about reducing welfare dependency and rewarding work should consider strengthening work requirements, establishing time limits for participation, and tightening eligibility. Perhaps more important, countries should examine the level of benefits available and the effective marginal tax rates their welfare systems create, with an eye toward reducing disincentives and encouraging work.

Obama to Mark Labor Day With an Executive Order | TheBlaze.com

Obama to Mark Labor Day With an Executive Order | TheBlaze.com:

"Showing solidarity with workers on Labor Day, President Barack Obama will sign an executive order Monday requiring paid sick leave for employees of federal contractors, including 300,000 who currently receive none.

The White House wouldn’t specify the cost to federal contractors to implement the executive order, which Obama was to address at a major union rally and breakfast in Boston. The Labor Department said any costs would be offset by savings that contractors would see as a result of lower attrition rates and increased worker loyalty, but produced nothing to back that up."

Petition to rename D.C. airport gets 60K signatures

Petition to rename D.C. airport gets 60K signatures - NY Daily News:
"More than 60,000 people have signed a petition to rename Washington, D.C.'s Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport so that the former President's name is removed.
The petition, created by CREDO mobile, a California-based mobile network company with a history of supporting left-leaning causes, calls out Republican criticism of President Obama for his order last week to recognize America's tallest mountain, Mount McKinley, by its original name, "Denali," before making a case about the airport.
"President Obama just took a small but important step for recognizing the history, culture, and human rights of America's Native Americans when he decided to rename America's tallest mountain, Mount McKinley in Alaska, to its original name of Denali," the petition states.
"But right-wing extremists in the Republican party, including House Speaker Rep. John Boehner, don't see it that way.
Boehner announced he is 'deeply disappointed' in President Obama's decision.
But in 1998, John Boehner and his fellow Republicans in Congress weren't so hesitant to remove a president's name from a public landmark when they decided to rename Washington National Airport after Ronald Reagan."
"That's why it's time to see if Speaker Boehner is willing to stay consistent and rename Ronald Reagan airport back to its original name honoring America's first president, George Washington, the petition read.
As of Monday, 65,997 people had signed it.
For decades the airport had been known as Washington National Airport, but in 1998 it was renamed for the former President and conservative hero after Congress passed legislation."

Important article-Read it all!-----The “Great Replacement” Is Killing The EU—Long Live A Europe Of Nations!

The “Great Replacement” Is Killing The EU—Long Live A Europe Of Nations! | VDARE - premier news outlet for patriotic immigration reform
It looks like the country that will end the European Union is not Greece, but Germany.
Chancellor Angela Merkel has been enjoying plenty of positive press for her efforts to welcome hundreds of thousands of “refugees” to Germany and force them on other European countries
Yet the European Union is straining under the burden, and several governments are already in open opposition to Merkel’s plan to accept nation-breaking numbers of Muslim immigrants.
Only months after the Greek financial crisis pushed the European Union to the brink, the issue that is coming to define Continental politics is not economics, but demographics.
The breaking point may come sooner than anyone expects, as Merkel is trapped by her own rhetoric. The Main Stream Media, gleeful at the prospect of non-European Europe, is hailing Merkel as a “hero” who is leading the way by showing “compassion” to refugees [Angela Merkel: Europe’s Conscience in the Face of a Refugee Crisisby Adam Lebor, Newsweek, September 5, 2015].
...If you are trying to extend the power of the European Union, however, this is a good thing for two reasons.
  • First, in a purely legal sense, you have centralized authority and gained more power by undermining independent nation-states.
  • Secondly, if Europe becomes simply a common market encompassing an ethnically, racially, and religiously mixed population, you no longer have to worry about any populist or nationalist movements screwing up your plans.
...From the gang wars in the banlieues of France to the grenade attacks in Malmo, Sweden, we already have all the evidence we need to see how this latest attempt at “integration” is going to play out.
A few months from now, there will be the inevitable articles in the MSM quoting “underprivileged” Arab and African immigrants who are having a hard time competing in the First World country.
Rather than the recipient of gratitude, countries such as Sweden, Germany, and France who accept these refugees will find themselves the targets of riots, political agitation, and extremist political movements...

An Open Letter To Jonah Goldberg – RE: The GOP and Donald Trump

An Open Letter To Jonah Goldberg – RE: The GOP and Donald Trump | The Last Refuge
"A few days ago I took the time to read your expressed concerns about the support you see for Donald Trump and the state of current conservative opinion.
...On December 23rd 2009 Harry Reid passed a version of Obamacare through forced vote at 1:30am.
The Senators could not leave, and for the two weeks previous were kept in a prolonged legislative session barred returning to their home-state constituencies.
It was, by all measures and reality, a vicious display of forced ideological manipulation of the upper chamber.
I share this reminder only to set the stage for what was to follow.
Riddled with anxiety we watched the Machiavellian manipulations unfold, seemingly unable to stop the visible usurpation.
Desperate for a tool to stop the construct we found Scott Brown and rallied to deliver $7 million in funding, and a “Kennedy Seat” victory on January 19th 2010.
Unfortunately, the trickery of Majority Leader Harry Reid would not be deterred.
Upon legislative return he stripped a House Budgetary bill, and replaced it with the Democrat Senate version of Obamacare through a process of “reconciliation”.
Thereby avoiding the 3/5ths vote rule (60) and instead using only a simple majority, 51 votes.
Angered, we rallied to the next election (November 2010) and handed the usurping Democrats the single largest electoral defeat in the prior 100 years.  The House returned to Republican control, and one-half of the needed Senate seats reversed.  Within the next two election cycles (’12 and ’14) we again removed the Democrats from control of the Senate.
Within each of those three elections we were told Repealing Obamacare would be job #1.  It was not an optional part of our representative agreement to do otherwise.
From your own writing:
[…]  If you want a really good sense of the damage Donald Trump is doing to conservatism, consider the fact that for the last five years no issue has united the Right more than opposition to Obamacare. Opposition to socialized medicine in general has been a core tenet of American conservatism from Day One. Yet, when Republicans were told that Donald Trump favors single-payer health care, support for single-payer health care jumped from 16 percent to 44 percent.  (link)
With control of the House and Senate did Majority Leader Mitch McConnell or House Speaker John Boehner use the same level of severity expressed by Harry Reid to put a repeal bill on the desk of Obama for veto?
Simply, NO.
Why not?
According to you it’s the “core tenet of American conservatism”.
....Here’s a list of those modern conservative “small(er) government” principles:
• Did the GOP secure the border with control of the White House and Congress? NO.
• Did the GOP balance the budget with control of the White House and Congress? NO.
• Who gave us the TSA? The GOP
• Who gave us the Patriot Act? The GOP
• Who expanded Medicare to include prescription drug coverage? The GOP
• Who created the precursor of “Common Core” in “Race To the Top”? The GOP
• Who played the race card in Mississippi to re-elect Thad Cochran? The GOP
• Who paid Democrats to vote in the Mississippi primary? The GOP
• Who refused to support Ken Cuccinnelli in Virginia? The GOP
• Who supported Charlie Crist? The GOP
• Who supported Arlen Spector? The GOP
• Who supported Bob Bennett? The GOP
• Who worked against Marco Rubio? The GOP
• Who worked against Rand Paul? The GOP
• Who worked against Ted Cruz? The GOP
• Who worked against Mike Lee? The GOP
• Who worked against Jim DeMint? The GOP
• Who worked against Ronald Reagan? The GOP
• Who said “I think we are going to crush [the Tea Party] everywhere.”?
The GOP (McConnell)
And, you wonder why we’re frustrated, desperate for a person who can actually articulate some kind of push-back?
Mitch McConnell and John Boehner are what the GOP give us?
SERIOUSLY?
Which leads to the next of your GOP talking points.
Where you opine on Fox:
“Politics is a game where you don’t get everything you want”
Fair enough.
But considering we of questionable judgment have simply been demanding common sense, ie. fiscal discipline, a BUDGET would be nice.
The last federal budget was passed in September of 2007, and EVERY FLIPPING INSUFFERABLE YEAR we have to go through the predictable fiasco of a Government Shutdown Standoff and/or a Debt Ceiling increase specifically because there is NO BUDGET!
That’s a strategy?
That’s the GOP strategy?
Essentially:  Lets plan for an annual battle against articulate Democrats and Presidential charm, using a creepy guy who cries and another old mumbling fool who dodders, knowing full well the MSM is on the side of the other guy to begin with?
THAT’S YOUR GOP STRATEGY?
Don’t tell me it’s not, because if it wasn’t there’d be something else being done – there isn’t.
And don’t think we don’t know the 2009 “stimulus” became embedded in the baseline of the federal spending, and absent of an actual budget it just gets spent and added to the deficit each year, every year.
Yet this is somehow smaller fiscal government?
….And you’re worried about what Donald Trump might do?
Seriously?

Raging Horror Confirmed at Austria Italy Border – Mid-East Muslim “Refugees” Go On Rampage…

Raging Horror Confirmed at Austria Italy Border – Mid-East Muslim “Refugees” Go On Rampage…. | The Last Refuge:
Reports coming in from various European News Outlets are confirming massmigration rampage events by hoards of Islamists cloaked as “refugees”.
“Half an hour ago on the border between Italy and Austria i saw a huge crowd of immigrants.
With all solidarity to people in difficult circumstances I have to say that what I saw arouses horror.
This huge mass of people – sorry – but it’s an absolute wilderness … Vulgar, throwing bottles, shouting “We want Germany”.
mass migrationSo what, Germany is now a paradise?
I saw an elderly Italian woman in a car that was surrounded by the immigrants.
They pulled her by the hair out of the car and wanted to use it to go to Germany.
They tried to topple the bus i was in.
They threw feces at us, banging on the door for the driver to open it, spat on the glass.
My question is- for what purpose?
How do they want to assimilate in Germany?
For a moment, i felt like in a warzone. I
really feel sorry for these people, but if they would reach Poland – I do not think they would receive any understanding from us.
We spent three hours on the border, but failed to get through.
The whole group was later transported back to Italy by the police.
The bus is butchered, feces smeared, scratched, broken windows.
And this is supposed to be an idea for the demographics? These big powerful hordes?
Among them there were almost no women and children – the vast majority was aggressive young men.
Just yesterday I read the news on all the websites with real compassion, worried about their fate and today after what I saw I am just afraid.
And I am happy they do not choose our country as their destination.
We Poles are simply not ready to accept these people – neither culturally nor financially.
I do not know if anyone is ready.
A giant pathology is approaching the EU, one which we have never seen before.
And sorry if anyone is offended by this entry.
A car with humanitarian aid came.
Food and water.
They just toppled it and stole everything.
ImmigrationWith megaphones the Austrians announced a message that there is consensus for them to cross over the border – they wanted to register them and let them go on – but they did not understand these messages.
None.
And it was all the greatest horror …
From those few thousand people nobody understood neither Italian nor English, or German, or Russian, or Spanish …
What mattered was the law of the fist.
They fought for permission to move on, but they were already allowed to do so.
They did not understand that!
They broke into the French bus – everything was stolen in a short time.
Never in my short life, I had no opportunity to watch such scenes and I feel that this is just the beginning.
On a final note, it is worth helping, but not at any price.” (link)

This is in keeping with what we have earnestly tried to expose previously.  These are not necessarily “refugees”; indeed, most are not refugees at all – they are opportunists from various regionsmostly North Africa, using the chaos in Libya/Syria to gain entry into Europe.

Anyone who doubts the dangers involved only needs to remember what happened to CBS correspondent Lara Logan

Russia’s “Military-Build-Up” in Syria: The Beginning of Another Proxy War With NATO

Russia’s “Military-Build-Up” in Syria: The Beginning of Another Proxy War With NATO | Liberty Conservatives:
"Obama administration officials expressed fears Friday that Russia may be planning to significantly increase its military support for Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
The New York Times reported the Russian moves, which include “the recent transport of prefabricated housing units for hundreds of people to a Syrian airfield and the delivery of a portable air traffic control station there,” have caused great concern for Secretary of State John Kerry and other administration officials.
...As images on Syrian State TV purportedly show Russian-speaking soldiers in Russian-manufactured armored vehicles fighting alongside Syrian troops, and images from a Twitter page linked to al-Nusra appear to show Russian aircraft and drones operating over the contested city of Idlib, it seems direct Russian military involvement in the Syrian Civil War is not so “premature” after all."
