Don Surber: McCabe fired

See the source imageDon Surber: McCabe fired:
"Jeff Sessions just fired crooked, lying, sneaky FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, denying him a taxpayer-provided pension bonanza just 48 hours before McCabe planned to retire on his 50th birthday.
This will cost him $60,000 annually -- or more than $1 million given the life expectancy of a white male at age 50.
However, news reports are unclear as to when he would begin collecting his pension.

Andrew McCabe FIRED, a great day for the hard working men and women of the FBI - A great day for Democracy. Sanctimonious James Comey was his boss and made McCabe look like a choirboy. He knew all about the lies and corruption going on at the highest levels of the FBI!
Look for a legal challenge, a book deal, and being officially placed on the CNN payroll after years of illegal leaks to the Fake News network.
...Under McCabe's former boss, Jim Comey, the FBI aided and abetted Missus Clinton's criminal neglect of national security by making state secrets available to any hacker who could get into her unsecured private server.
The swamp is real, the media's attempts to cover-up these crimes is pathetic..."

The FBI Knew About The Florida Jihadist For A Year Before He Murdered Friend | Daily Wire

The FBI Knew About The Florida Jihadist For A Year Before He Murdered Friend | Daily Wire:

Image result for flickr commons images FBI Building"The FBI knew that a Florida teen, who stabbed a 13-year-old boy to death and seriously injured two others, had contacted ISIS and they had been monitoring him for a year before he attacked his friends and his friend's mother.
Police claim that Corey Johnson regularly watched ISIS propaganda videos, communicated with the terrorist network on social media, and had asked to join the group's operation, CNN reports. Johnson, law enforcement officials say, regularly watched beheading videos, had a "fascination with dictators and extremist groups," and even issued a threat against a school in the U.K. last year."

How Often Do Citizens Use Guns to Stop Violence? - Just Facts

How Often Do Citizens Use Guns to Stop Violence? - Just Facts
Image result for guns save lives"In a New York Times column entitled “How to Reduce Shootings,” Nicholas Kristof writes, “It is true that guns are occasionally used to stop violence. But contrary to what the National Rifle Association suggests, this is rare. One study by the Violence Policy Center found that in 2012 there were 259 justifiable homicides by a private citizen using a firearm.”
That statement grossly misleads by pretending that firearms only stop violence when they are used to kill criminals.
As explained by the National Academies of Sciences in a 300+ page analysis of firearms studies, “effective defensive gun use need not ever lead the perpetrator to be wounded or killed.
Rather, to assess the benefits of self-defense, one needs to measure crime and injury averted.
The particular outcome of an offender is of little relevance.”
...The purpose of having a gun for defense is not to kill criminals but to prevent them from killing or harming others.
...In other words, people who use a gun for defense rarely harm (much less kill) criminals. This is because criminals often back off when they discover their targets are armed..."

In 1961, Stanley Milgram of Yale University came up with an idea for an experiment. The purpose: to determine how many law-abiding, civilized people would torture their fellows simply in order to follow basic orders. Here’s how the experiment worked. "

"Men seem to be becoming less male," Tucker Carlson said.  "Something ominous is happening[.] ... Men are taught there is something wrong with them.  We took a close look at the numbers, and we found them so shocking that we're devoting the month of March to a special series on men in America."
Carlson concluded, "You'll be stunned by the scope of the crisis.  We were.  It's a largely ignored disaster.  It affects every person in America." "

Horrific Ski Lift Accident Video Is The Scariest Thing You'll See Today

A chairlift at a ski resort in Georgia (the country, not the state) malfunctioned, moving backwards at nearly twice its normal speed and throwing riders from the chairs and horrifying onlookers, and it was all caught on video.
According to Georgia Today, the incident likely occurred because ropeway on the Gudauri Resort's ski lift was damaged.
Eight people were injured in the mishap but miraculously, none of the injuries are serious.
The resort has contacted the ski lift manufacturer to find out what exactly went wrong.

Overheated: How Flawed Analyses Overestimate the Costs of Climate Change | Manhattan Institute

Overheated: How Flawed Analyses Overestimate the Costs of Climate Change | Manhattan Institute
"Prominent recent studies that forecast the cost of human-caused climate change rely on statistical analyses of the effects of temperature variation.
...This paper examines a set of such studies that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Government Accountability Office have used to estimate the costs of human-caused climate change for the U.S. by the end of the 21st century.
The costs include deaths from extreme heat, lost hours of work from extreme heat, and deaths from heat-caused air pollution.
The paper also examines another study, published in Nature, that projects the effect of human-caused climate change on global economic production.
KEY FINDINGS
  • Temperature studies do not offer useful projections of deaths and lost hours of work for extreme heat, or deaths due to heat-caused air pollution, in the U.S. The projection of lower global economic output due to projected human-caused climate change is also flawed.
  • The crucial (though not the only) flaw of temperature studies is that they neglect human adaptations to a changing climate. Such adaptations have already been made by industrial societies expanding into warm regions, such as the American South and Southwest. The temporary effects of temperature variations—such as an unusual hot spell—cannot be eq uated with a long-term change in temperature patterns. For example, the failure of people to install air conditioners in a year with one extra 90°F day does not mean that they won’t do so in the face of 40 extra 90°F days.
  • Properly understood, temperature studies do not offer useful predictions of the future costs of projected human-caused climate change.

"While she is the first illegal alien to hold a state office, she is not the first elevated to public office in California. In 2015, the city council of Huntington Park, California, appointed two illegal aliens to city commissions, sparking a public backlash.
De León and other state officials are stoking an ongoing confrontation with the federal government over federal immigration laws."
