Proposed DE Education Regulation Allows Children To Self-Identify Gender And Race — And Without Parental Consent | Daily Wire

Proposed DE Education Regulation Allows Children To Self-Identify Gender And Race — And Without Parental Consent | Daily Wire:

"A series of sweeping regulations being considered by Delaware's Department of Education would allow students to "self-identify" not only their gender but also their race, and it empowers schools not to seek parental consent if the child feels his or her parents might not be "supportive" enough. The law would apply to students of all ages in all public schools in the state."

Denied Tenure, Transgender Professor Nets $1.1 Million in Lawsuit

Denied Tenure, Transgender Professor Nets $1.1 Million in Lawsuit:
"A transgender professor is getting $1.1 million dollars after he sued Southeastern Oklahoma State University, alleging that his employer discriminated against him by denying him tenure.
Professor Rachel Tudor claims the school displayed discrimination based on sexual orientation “when it denied her application for promotion and tenure during the 2009-10 academic year,” according to ABC News.
Tudor was “denied tenure because of her gender” the court ruled Monday, according to the verdict obtained by ABC.
After Tudor began presenting himself as a female, the Southeastern’s Counseling Center director told him “that she should take safety precautions because some people were openly hostile towards transgender people,” according to the lawsuit..."

University: Spraying Aerosols Into Atmosphere Will Cause 'Climate Chaos'

University: Spraying Aerosols Into Atmosphere Will Cause 'Climate Chaos'
Geoengineering is already underway and is proving to be extremely dangerous to the world’s ecosystem. Scientists at University of Exeter are blowing the whistle and calling for strict regulation before uncontainable damage is done. Up to this point, the Technocrat mindset on chemically dousing the atmosphere has been that since they are right (in their mind only), they need no permission or consultation with anyone else.  TN Editor
"Artificially cooling Earth to counter global warming is a ‘risky strategy’, new research has shown.
Scientists have previously suggested that imitating volcanic eruptions to fire aerosols into the atmosphere would help to cool the planet down.
The aerosols, one of many ‘geoengineering’ techniques proposed as a way to deal with climate change, would cool Earth by block incoming solar radiation.
But this could have a devastating effect on global regions prone to violent storms or prolonged dry spells, new research has shown.
If aerosols are injected into the northern hemisphere, they could cause severe droughts in Africa, while if they are injected in the southern hemisphere, they could trigger a wave of tropical cyclones in northern regions of the globe..."

Wisconsin university lets student government deny status, funding to conservative groups

Wisconsin university lets student government deny status, funding to conservative groups:

Image result for flickr commons images University of Wisconsin"Earlier this fall, Emily Strangfeld along with other students organized a Turning Point USA chapter at UW-Stevens Point. TPUSA is a national organization whose mission is to promote the principles of fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. Although the fledgling chapter satisfied the six application requirements for recognition, the school’s student senate voted to deny recognition without explanation. Although an administrator rightly reversed the student senate’s decision, the school’s underlying policies give the campus senate and the administrator unlimited authority to deny recognition, and thereby funding, to any group opposed by the student government."

See the source imageThe R179 model from Bombardier that the Metropolitan Transportation Authority tested Sunday couldn’t last a day on the rails before it was yanked, a source told the Daily News.
First, the train’s emergency brakes kicked in when it ran over a blue bucket that apparently flew onto the tracks from the platform of the 121st St./Jamaica Ave. station on the J line in Queens around 12:15 p.m., crews reported to the MTA.
Riders were forced to leave the train at the next Manhattan-bound stop.
The woes on the tracks continued hours later around 7:30 p.m. when the train had to be taken out of service..."

Libyan Slave Markets Create Diplomatic Storm In Africa, UN Security Council To Meet | Zero Hedge

Libyan Slave Markets Create Diplomatic Storm In Africa, UN Security Council To Meet | Zero Hedge
"Anti-slavery protests continued across various world capitals this week, especially in countries across Africa, after earlier protests in France got violent when police used tear gas and other riot control tactics on a crowed of more than one thousand outside of the Libyan embassy in Paris
The protests are in response to last week's widespread reports of slave markets operating in various cities across Libya, and look to continue as according to Reuters a major rally is set to take place in London later this week.
Meanwhile France on Wednesday called an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council over the revelations, with President Macron referencing recent footage proving the existence of a slave trade network in Libya as "scandalous" and "unacceptable".
According to a CNN investigation, which included video footage of one slave auction in progress, migrant African workers are being sold for as little as $400 in at least nine different Libyan cities, though it's believed the network of slave auctions extends more broadlyincluding to locations under the UN-backed Government of National Accord based in Tripoli..."

Several protesters tried to stage a demonstration by rushing out into the street and sitting down in the middle of the parade route as a band marched by. The protesters wore red T-shirts and chanted “Undocumented, unafraid,” which has become a motto of the illegal immigrant community demanding an amnesty."

This is the product of the Democrats. This is not capitalism, and the free market did NOT fail healthcare.

"This is the product of the Democrats.
This is not capitalism, and the free market did NOT fail healthcare.
Democrats created a crony system, which funnels windfall profits to their friends in charge of health insurance companies.
he result has been diminished coverage paired with skyrocketing premiums.
Paying more for less.
None of this is a surprise.
What should really boil your blood is the fact that Democrats will manufacture such an obviously corrupt system that fuels poverty, then turn around and blame it on the free market (which they already destroyed).

Mom puts recorder in child’s backpack to catch bullying, now faces felony charge | WISH-TV
"NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – The mother of a Norfolk student turned to television station WAVY after she was charged by police.
“I tried to be fair, but it’s not fair,” Sarah Sims said.
“There is nothing fair about this.”
In late September, Sims said she had enough.
She said her 9-year-old daughter was getting bullied at Ocean View Elementary.

She said repeated calls and emails to the school went unreturned.
“The thing that bothers me the most is that I am yet to get a response from anyone in the administration,” Sims added.
Sims says she took actions into her own hands.
She wanted to prove that nothing was being done to help her fourth-grade daughter.
She put a digital recorder into her daughter’s backpack in hopes of catching audio from inside the classroom.
...Sims was charged with felony use of device to intercept oral communication and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The felony charge could carry five years in prison.
“Instead of comforting her she’s going to a magistrate and being handcuffed,” Paulding added..."

Nearly 1/3 of Young Americans Think Compliments & Drink Invites are Sexual Harassment | Tribunist
See the source image"After allegations of sexual harassment and assault were made against movie producer Harvey Weinstein, accusations of misconduct have flooded into public awareness.

...But, a startling study shows that, in the minds of some Americans, even a simple compliment could be considered sexual harassment.
...However, a YouGov poll conducted during the past month also shows that not everyone sees eye to eye when it comes to defining which actions constitute sexual harassment.
Survey participants were asked, “Would you consider it sexual harassment if a man, who was not a romantic partner, did the following to a woman?”
They were then given a list of potential actions, ranging from “requesting a sexual favor” to “asking to go for a drink.”
...About 12.5 percent of young women considered being asked, “to go for a drink” as always or usually a form of sexual harassment, while about a quarter of male respondents felt that way..."

Hillary: I Wish the Government's Servers Were As Secure As Mine Was - Breitbart:
See the source image"On Wednesday’s “Hugh Hewitt Show,” former Democratic presidential nominee and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton stated she wished the government “had had as high a level of security as there was on the server I used.”
Hewitt asked Clinton about her private email server being compromised by a foreign intelligence service.
She responded that there is “no evidence” that this ever happened.
"...And certainly, given the FBI’s investigation, given the Russians’ absolute desire to get anything they could, there is no evidence whatsoever that my server, which, remember, was set up before I chose to use it, in part for convenience, I will say, as I have said many times before, and my husband’s office set it up, a former president’s office, and they had the highest level of security.
I wish the government had had as high a level of security as there was on the server I used.”"
