When the call came in from the U.S. Olympic Committee last month for Detroit to consider bidding on the 2024 Olympic games, the timing certainly seemed off.
But the invitation was interpreted as a long-term vote of confidence in Detroit's future."

Why Teens Are Tiring of Facebook
HARDOCP - Why Teens Are Tiring of Facebook
"Why Teens Are Tiring of Facebook
Nothing lasts forever and so it goes for Facebook.
Not that Facebook is suffering from a mass exodus of its teen-centric audience, but the signs are there that teens are turning from Facebook to smaller, simpler and less regulated sites.
Once a site becomes mainstream, teens will be the first to look for alternative sites to meet with their friends."

Are You Living in a Fourth Amendment Exclusion Zone?
"It all started in 2008, when the DHS declared that certain ‘border control agents’ could search the electronic belongings of individuals without suspicion — let alone a warrant.
Bypassing the rights provided by the Constitutional to every citizen of the United States, the DHS immediately came under fire for the policy.
The response?
The DHS promised to have the policy reviewed within 120 days.
The catch?
The review was done two years late and by their own review panel known as the Civil Liberties Impact division.
Absent of any independent input in their secretive review, the DHS published a brief document stating that the suspicionless search policy was perfectly reasonable.
Laptops, cell phones, camcorders, and all other gadgets were open game for the DHS within the ‘borders’ of the country."

Dry-practice is extremely beneficial from the aspect of body mechanics and training neuromuscular pathways. However, as every fifteen year old boy knows, there is no actual substitute for the real thing.
When you hit the range to practice, you should first have a plan.
If your plan is simply to shoot up a hundred rounds, that’s little more than noise-generation and empty brass creation.
A couple of years ago I developed a simple base-line training or practice drill that I call the One Box Workout™."
