Governor Requires Food Stamp Recipients to Work 6 Hours a Week, This Happens Immediately After

Governor Requires Food Stamp Recipients to Work 6 Hours a Week, This Happens Immediately After:

"LePage informed all ABAWDs they would only receive food stamp benefits for three months if they did not get a job working 20 hours a week, take job training or volunteer six hours a week.

Upon enforcing this new rule, nearly 80 percent of the people receiving the welfare program were cut off because they refused to find a part time job or agree to volunteer for even six hours a week!"

British Doctors Now Asking Elderly If They're Ready to Die

British Doctors Now Asking Elderly If They're Ready to Die | The Daily Sheeple:
"Ever since the Affordable Care Act was passed, Americans have been asking themselves if our healthcare will ever resemble the UK’s socialized medical system.
Some have greeted it with praise, while others have been concerned that our healthcare could turn to death panels to cut costs.
Now the UK’s National Health Service has given us another unfortunate condition to look forward to. They recently told all doctors to ask every patient over 75 if they would like to establish a “do not resuscitate” order for future emergencies.
In some cases, the doctors are ordering their nurses to cold-call every elderly patient, and everyone with a long-term condition, to see if they have “thought about resuscitation.”
Could you imagine how awkward it would be to receive such a phone call?
To be called right out of the blue and gently asked if you’re ready to die.
As one health analyst put it ‘It will give some older people the impression that no-one wants to bother with them. It looks as though they’re being told:
‘You’re old, how do you want to die because you’re in the way’.
Of course, the NHS is playing innocent, and has claimed that this is all about improving the ‘end of life’ care of their patients.
But I think we know better.
This is about asking their most expensive patients if they could do them a favor and die already."

Ya can't fix what the folks don't want fixed------Democrat-Run Baltimore is a Gangsters' Paradise

Articles: Democrat-Run Baltimore is a Gangsters' Paradise
Democrats in riot-torn Baltimore really like gangsters.
As radicals and other criminals reduce their once-great city to ashes, left-wing politicians are defining deviancy down.
They just can't stop saying nice things about gangsters and when they occasionally slip up and say accurate things about them, they promptly apologize for speaking the truth.
That's the way Democrats in Baltimore roll.
As the rule of law is dynamited, they genuflect before them, salute them, and pose for photographs with them.
Gangsters have become the de facto government in the city of Baltimore. Rioting has empowered them...
Gang-bangers are legitimate stakeholders entitled to respect, according to Baltimore Democrats.
...Young showed the gangs unconditional love on Tuesday even after Baltimore Police warned of a "credible threat" that the Bloods, Crips, and Black Guerrilla Family had entered into an temporary alliance to "take out" law enforcement officers.
...Obama blamed the police, not the rioters.
"This is a slow-rolling crisis," he said.
"This has been going on for a long time.
This is not new and we shouldn't pretend it's new."
Obama also blamed stereotypical Republicans who refuse to spend as much....."

"Baltimore resident Freddie Gray suffered “catastrophic injury” when he slammed into the back of the police transport van, breaking his neck, multiple law enforcement sources reportedly told WJLA-TV. A bolt found in the back of the van matches the specific head injury Gray sustained, the sources said.

The unnamed law enforcement sources reportedly briefed the news station on the findings of a police investigation that was handed over to prosecutors on Thursday and the medical examiner’s preliminary findings."

Shouting down science. It's what the left does!---Professor debunks claim that fracking contaminates water, gets attacked by peers

Professor debunks claim that fracking contaminates water, gets attacked by peers
In debunking nationally acclaimed research, a Syracuse University professor recently testified to Congress that hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, actually does not contaminate water.
...Siegel has infuriated his peers,
who have clung to the Duke studies as proof that fracking harms the environment and have tried to discredit Siegel’s findings in a variety of ways.
But Siegel has stood firm, and relayed his recent findings to Congress:
He has found no relationship between water contamination and fracking.
Siegel’s findings come from his recent study, published in the Journal of Environmental Science and Technology on March 12.
...“In essence, the Duke sampling seems statistically biased to me. I didn’t think they could say much about the entire population of water wells,” Siegel told the members of Congress.
In the wake of his published study, Siegel has faced blowback from the science community and activists, who have clung to the Duke studies as proof that fracking harms the environment...
The response to Siegel’s paper highlights the contentious response that follows science that disrupts the narrative of climate and anti-fracking activists.
..“It’s a big issue of how science is perceived in the public, and how to present the best science in a way the public can understand,” he said...

Obama Admin. Won’t Let States Ask for Proof of Citizenship … On Voter Registration Form!

Obama Admin. Won’t Let States Ask for Proof of Citizenship … On Voter Registration Form! | PJ Tatler:
Non-citizens are voting in American elections, and the federal government refuses to do anything to stop it.
Worse, the current administration seems to be doing everything they can to prevent the states from trying to stop it.
First, they sued states that asked people to present ID before voting.
Now, the administration will not let states even ask people to establish they are citizens when they register to vote.
That’s the underlying plot in the latest major case in election law that has just been presented to the Supreme Court. Federal law says that states must accept and use a federal form for registering voters.
But the federal form doesn’t require any proof that the person submitting the form is a citizen.
The form just asks the registrant to check a box.
Meanwhile, federal law mandates that voter registration forms be made available and pushed everywhere from licensing branches to welfare offices.
...Some states have tried to prevent this problem from continuing.
Kansas and Arizona, while accepting and using the federal form, require registrants to provide some kind of proof of citizenship in order to register.
But when they asked the Election Assistance Commission to add these state law instructions to their version of the federal form, the EAC flatly refused.

REVEALED: Washington Post Uncovers 1,100 Hidden Foreign 'Clinton Cash' Donations - Breitbart:

"A charity affiliated with the Clinton Foundation failed to reveal the identities of its 1,100 donors, creating a broad exception to the foundation’s promise to disclose funding sources as part of an ethics agreement with the Obama administration.

The number of undisclosed contributors to the charity, the Canada-based Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership, signals a larger zone of secrecy around foundation donors than was previously known."

Holi crapoli, did you see this?!!---Michigan House passes $37.9 billion budget...

Michigan House passes $37.9 billion budget banning state funding for Planned Parenthood | MLive.com:
"...The budget also decreases the amount of revenue sharing headed to the city of Detroit by $5.8 million.
Rep. Laura Cox, R-Livonia, said the state revenue sharing formula has focused on "propping up" Detroit for too long.
"The truth is, Detroit has been receiving a disproportionate piece of the pie for a very long time," Cox said, adding that the city has 7 percent of the state's population but gets 55 percent of the state's revenue sharing dollars."

OBAMA vs. REAGAN on GDP GROWTH — NOT EVEN CLOSE

OBAMA vs. REAGAN on GDP GROWTH — NOT EVEN CLOSE | The Gateway Pundit:
"Ronald Reagan’s economic plan saw GDP surge at a 3.5% clip – 4.9% after the recession.
That’s a 32% bump.
During the Obama years, thanks to his big government policies, the US economy has stalled.
Today the quarterly GDP was announced.
The GDP for the first quarter of 2015 braked more sharply than expected at only a .2% pace.
The US economy has grown an anemic 9.6% during the Obama years (excluding today’s dismal number).
Of course, Obama’s record on job growth is also much worse than President Reagan’s record."

Dude, that chick's got bad skin!-----New Designer Vape Drug Made Guy Think He Was Thor, Attempt to Have Sex with a Tree

New Designer Vape Drug Made Guy Think He Was Thor, Attempt to Have Sex with a Tree | The Daily Sheeple:
This is one instance where you might wanna just say “no.”
Remember the horror of the Miami cannibal attack which was later potentially attributed to designer drug bath salts?
Apparently a new cheap, easily available, synthetic drug is making its way around Florida, and while there are no reports of cannibalism (yet), if one came in at this point, it wouldn’t be all that surprising:
One man ran naked through a Florida neighborhood, tried to have sex with a tree and told police he was the mythical god Thor. Another ran nude down a busy city street in broad daylight, convinced a pack of German shepherds was pursuing him.

Two others tried separately to break into the Fort Lauderdale Police Department. They said they thought people were chasing them; one wound up impaled on a fence.

The common element to these and other bizarre incidents in Florida in the last few months is flakka, an increasingly popular synthetic designer drug. Also known as gravel and readily available for $5 or less a vial, it’s a growing problem for police after bursting on the scene in 2013. (source)
Flakka, made in China and Pakistan, is purchased through the mail and comes in a crystal form that people smoke in electronic cigarettes.
The main ingredient, alpha-PVP, might make people feel like they have a heightened awareness… until the paranoia and hallucinations set in.
Aside from naked rage and delirium, Flakka can cause dangerously high body temperature spikes and lead to kidney failure.
Police have said that people on Flakka exhibit super-human strength and it can require four men to restrain one whacked out guy.
Tasers and pepper spray are practically useless.

Baltimore Riots: Frank Rich Reveals His Hideous Racism - Breitbart

Baltimore Riots: Frank Rich Reveals His Hideous Racism - Breitbart:

"Just like every elected Democrat and the rest of the mainstream media, what Frank Rich is really doing here is fighting for a failed status quo in Baltimore — fighting to quadruple down on the failed left-wing policies that for decades have created a genocidal cycle for young Baltimore black men.

Although for decades, the left’s policies have proven devastating to predominantly black communities everywhere, Frank Rich smears those who say so because those policies also serve to keep Democrats in power through the fostering of government dependence."

Liberal, cheat, hypocrite, scumbag George Soros May Face a Monster $6.7 Billion U.S. Tax Bill

TaxProf Blog: George Soros May Face a Monster $6.7 Billion U.S. Tax Bill:
"George Soros likes to say the rich should pay more taxes.
A substantial part of his wealth, though, comes from delaying them.
While building a record as one of the world’s greatest investors, the 84-year-old billionaire used a loophole that allowed him to defer taxes on fees paid by clients and reinvest them in his fund, where they continued to grow tax-free.
At the end of 2013, Soros—through Soros Fund Management—had amassed $13.3 billion through the use of deferrals, according to Irish regulatory filings by Soros.
Congress closed the loophole in 2008 and ordered hedge fund managers who used it to pay the accumulated taxes by 2017.
A New York-based money manager such as Soros would be subject to a federal rate of 39.6 percent, combined state and city levies totaling 12 percent, and an additional 3.8 percent tax on investment income to pay for Obamacare, according to Andrew Needham, a tax partner at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
...Applying those rates to Soros’s deferred income would create a tax bill of $6.7 billion.
Just before Congress closed the loophole, Soros transferred assets to Ireland—a country seen by some at the time as a possible refuge from the law...

International Workers' Day

International Workers' Day - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In 1889, a meeting in Paris was held by the first congress of the Second International, following a proposal by Raymond Lavigne which called for international demonstrations on the 1890 anniversary of the Chicago protests.[2] May Day was formally recognized as an annual event at the International's second congress in 1891.[citation needed] Subsequently, the May Day Riots of 1894 occurred. In 1904, the International Socialist Conference meeting in Amsterdam called on "all Social Democratic Party organizations and trade unions of all countries to demonstrate energetically on the First of May for the legal establishment of the 8-hour day, for the class demands of the proletariat, and for universal peace." The congress made it "mandatory upon the proletarian organizations of all countries to stop work on 1 May, wherever it is possible without injury to the workers."[9] Across the globe, labor activists sought to make May Day an official holiday to honor labor and many countries have done so.
May Day has long been a focal point for demonstrations by various socialistcommunist and anarchist groups. May Day has been an important official holiday in countries such as the People's Republic of ChinaNorth KoreaCuba and the former Soviet Union. May Day celebrations typically feature elaborate popular and military parades in these countries[citation needed].
In 1955, the Catholic Church dedicated 1 May to "Saint Joseph The Worker". Saint Joseph is for the Church the patron saintof workers and craftsmen (among others).[10]
During the Cold War, May Day became the occasional for large military parades in Red Square by the Soviet Union and attended by the top leaders of the Kremlin, especially the Politburo, atop Lenin's Tomb. It became an enduring symbol of that period.
