Expert’s Warning to America on Trade Deal: ‘This Is a Real Problem. It’s Not a Hypothetical’ | TheBlaze.com:

"TiSA, as the proposed trade agreement is known, would be between 24 nations, including the United States and European Union countries, with the aim of opening health care and banking commerce. Documents concerning the deal first became public on WikiLeaks last year, and additional documents followed.

Krikorian further complained that fast track is a problem because Congress is surrendering its authority.

“With fast track, the fact that the pressure to approve a larger agreement with a lot of stuff that nobody likes is so immense that Congress has lost control,” he said.

FLASHBACK: ABC's ’08 Prediction: NYC Under Water from Climate Change By June 2015

FLASHBACK: ABC's ’08 Prediction: NYC Under Water from Climate Change By June 2015:
New York City underwater?
Gas over $9 a gallon?
A carton of milk costs almost $13?
Welcome to June 12,  2015.
Or at least that was the wildly-inaccurate version of 2015 predicted by ABC News exactly seven years ago.
Appearing on Good Morning America in 2008, Bob Woodruff hyped Earth 2100, a special that pushed apocalyptic predictions of the then-futuristic 2015.
The segment included supposedly prophetic videos, such as a teenager declaring,
"It's June 8th, 2015. One carton of milk is $12.99." (On the actual June 8, 2015, a gallon of milk cost, on average, $3.39.)
Another clip featured this prediction for the current year:
"Gas reached over $9 a gallon." (In reality, gas costs an average of $2.75.)
On June 12, 2008, correspondent Bob Woodruff revealed that the program "puts participants in the future and asks them to report back about what it is like to live in this future world.
The first stop is the year 2015."
As one expert warns that in 2015 the sea level will rise quickly, a visual shows New York City being engulfed by water.
The video montage includes another unidentified person predicting that "flames cover hundreds of miles."
Then-GMA co-anchor Chris Cuomo appeared frightened by this future world.
He wondered, "I think we're familiar with some of these issues, but, boy, 2015?
That's seven years from now.
Could it really be that bad?"
Ultimately, ABC delayed the air-date for Earth 2100 and the one-hour show didn't debut until June 2, 2009.
The program showcased the terrible impact of global warming from 2015 through 2100.
In the special, a "storm of the century" wiped out Miami.
Other highlights included a destroyed New York City and an abandoned Las Vegas.
By 2084, Earth's population will apparently be just 2.7 billion.
On June 13, 2008, ABCNews.com promoted the special by hyperventilating, "Are we living in the last century of our civilization?"
Unlike the 2015 predictions, that suggestion hasn't (yet) been proven wrong.
Seven years later, the network has quietly ignored its horribly inaccurate predictions about 2015.
When it comes to global warming claims, apparently results don't matter for ABC...
Here's the full video hysteria:

Pelosi brave! GOPer "leadership" sucking eggs.........Obama-backed trade bill fails in the House

Obama-backed trade bill fails in the House - The Washington Post:
"“I will be voting to slow down fast-track,” House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said on the floor moments before the vote, after keeping her intentions private for months.
“Today we have an opportunity to slow down. Whatever the deal is with other countries, we want a better deal for American workers.”"

Revealed: The Secret Immigration Chapter in Obama's Trade Agreement

Revealed: The Secret Immigration Chapter in Obama's Trade Agreement - Breitbart
Discovered inside the huge tranche of secretive Obamatrade documents released by Wikileaks are key details on how technically any Republican voting for Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) that would fast-track trade deals like the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade deal would technically also be voting to massively expand President Obama’s executive authority when it comes to immigration matters.
The mainstream media covered the Wikileaks document dump extensively, but did not mention the immigration chapter contained within it, so Breitbart News took the documents to immigration experts to get their take on it.
Nobody has figured how big a deal the documents uncovered by Wikileaks are until now.
...“The existence of these ten pages on immigration in the Trade and Services Agreement make it absolutely clear in my mind that the administration is negotiating immigration – and for them to say they are not – they have a lot of explaining to do based on the actual text in this agreement,” Rosemary Jenks, the Director of Government Relations at Numbers USA, told Breitbart News following her review of these documents.
Obama will be able to finalize all three of the Obamatrade deals, without any Congressional input, if Congress grants him fast-track authority by passing TPA.
Fast-track lowers the vote thresholds in the Senate and blocks Congress from amending any trade deals—and also, since each of these three deals are pretty much entirely negotiated already, it wouldn’t lead to any more congressional involvement or transparency with each.
There are three examples within the 10 pages of areas where the U.S. would have to alter current immigration law.
First, on page 4 and 5 of the agreement, roughly 40 industries are listed where potentially the U.S. visa processes would have to change to accommodate the requirements within the agreement.
...Secondly, on page 7 of the agreement, it suggests, “The period of processing applications may not exceed 30 days.”
...The third issue is present on page 4 of the agreement.
It only provides an “[X]” where the number of years would be filled in for the entry or temporary stay...

Hand washing improving, but 25 percent of Michigan hospitals falling behind, report says

Hand washing improving, but 25 percent of Michigan hospitals falling behind, report says - Crain's Detroit Business:
"One in four hospitals in Michigan has not implemented recommended practices and policies to ensure proper hand washing by staff to prevent hospital-acquired infections, according to a new report by the Leapfrog Group, a Washington, D.C.-based business group focused on improving patient safety.
While hospitals overall showed improvement for hand hygiene in 2014, rural hospitals aren’t performing as well as urban hospitals, said the report, which was released by the Economic Alliance for Michigan and analyzed by San Francisco-based Castlight Health.
...“It puts patients, clinicians, and all health care workers at risk when hand-washing is not a priority. Hospital-acquired infections kill about 10 percent of those afflicted,” said Binder, quoting a report by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

NAACP chapter president Rachel Dolezal accused of falsely portraying herself as black

NAACP chapter president Rachel Dolezal accused of falsely portraying herself as black - CBS News: "Rachel Dolezal, the president of the Spokane, Washington, NAACP, is being accused of falsely portraying herself as a black woman, CBS News' Adriana Diaz reports.
Her biological parents claim she is misrepresenting "major portions of her life," including being born white.
As the city's mayor says it has opened an investigation and is gathering facts to determine if any city policies were violated, Dolezal is denying these accusations.
"Actually, I don't like the term African-American; I prefer black.
So, if asked, I would say, yes, I consider myself to be black," Dolezal said to Spokane affiliate KREM.
But Dolezal's biological parents say that's just not true.
"Our daughter is primarily German and Czech and of European descent," her mother said.
Her parents, Ruthanne and Larry, live in a rural home in Troy, Montana.
Her father described a young Dolezal as blonde, blue-eyed and freckled-face.
"No way to get around it," he said.
The couple say their daughter is pretending to be someone she's not..."

The number one resettlement state in America is Texas (primer part I) « Refugee Resettlement Watch

The number one resettlement state in America is Texas (primer part I) « Refugee Resettlement Watch
Update June 9th:  Part III is here.  It is for everyone, not just Texans!
Update June 8th:  Part II is here.
Global Nation map"...In Fiscal year 2014, Texas resettled 7,234 refugees.
However, that doesn’t tell the whole story because according to the Texas Dept. of State Health Services (an excellent source of information on refugees in Texas), the actual number of migrants legally being treated as refugees last year was really 12,800 (up 24% from the previous year!).
The website also tells you which counties got the most refugees.
The 12,800 includes refugees, asylees, parolees, special immigrant visa holders (these are Afghans and Iraqis), and victims of trafficking.
They hailed from 58 countries (therefore Texas taxpayers are on the hook for many expensive translators—gratis a Bill Clinton executive order—for all sorts of reasons—access to health care, school system problems and the criminal justice system).
When I went to several different sources, I find that over 150,000 refugees have been resettled in Texas since 1983, and that number doesn’t include secondary migrants from other states (Dallas County got the most secondary migrants last year–60% of all those arriving in Texas).
Texas rankingAnd, of course, it doesn’t include all of the children produced in three decades! Nor does it include the thousands of ‘unaccompanied alien children’ that may not have been distributed around the nation from last year’s border invasion.  Obama would like nothing more than to have them declared “refugees” as well (refugees get all forms of welfare upon arrival!).

These numbers do not include all of the other categories of ‘refugees’ cared for by local resettlement contractors and your tax dollars.
...you might want to have a look at our archive on Amarillo which has developed into a ‘pocket of resistance’ as the mayor there has asked the federal government to slow the flow since the school system is suffering with the influx of non-English speaking children many of whom are illiterate in their own language.
The meatpacking industry is responsible for much of the resettlement to Amarillo (hunger for cheap labor!).
The top nations from which Texas received refugees in 2014 were in this order:  Iraq, Cuba, Burma, Afghanistan, and tied for 5th place Somalia and Bhutan(Nepal).

For years and years other states ranked above Texas including California, New York and Florida.  According to this very cool graph (above right), it was in 2011 that Texas gained this dubious distinction.

And, if you are wondering why the number dipped in 2011, this is why:  That year it was learned that Iraqi terrorists disguised as refugees were arrested in Kentucky..."

“If you live by the pen, you die by the pen” - The Washington Post

“If you live by the pen, you die by the pen” - The Washington Post:

“I intend to do everything possible to make 2016 a referendum on repealing Obamacare and adopting a flat tax,” he said.

Asked about his legislative priorities, Cruz said he would focus on tax and regulatory reform first. He would also push for Congress to “repeal every word of Obamacare.”

He described himself as “cautiously optimistic” that the Supreme Court will side against the government in King vs. Burwell on the grounds that the federal government has “illegally collected billions of dollars in taxes from Americans who do not owe them.”

Police State Insanity: Couple Arrested After 11 Year Old Boy Found Playing Basketball By Himself In Backyard

Police State Insanity: Couple Arrested After 11 Year Old Boy Found Playing Basketball By Himself In Backyard:
"Editor’s Note: The following report originally published by Infowars demonstrates just how out of control and truly insane our country’s governing apparatus has become.
For those with children, the story of this Florida couple and their 11-year old child is especially poignant, because as most parents probably understand, a child of that age is fully capable of sustaining himself for an hour and a half if they’re not around.
In this case, the boy’s parents were unable to make it home in time due to unforseen circumstances. Because the boy couldn’t get into the house he did what most maturing pre-teens might do – he headed to his backyard to hang out until they got home.
A “concerned” neighbor (we have lots of those in America today) called the police, because apparently it was too difficult for them to simply ask the kids why he was playing in his own backyard.
What happened next is every parent’s worst nightmare.
Take note, readers, because tomorrow it could be your children being kidnapped by force simply because you believe your child should be raised to be a responsible, independent individual capable of making his or her own decisions."

‘Her Royal Highness’ Michelle Obama Gives Black People ‘Permission’ to Eat Something After Voting and You Won’t Believe What It Is

‘Her Royal Highness’ Michelle Obama Gives Black People ‘Permission’ to Eat Something After Voting and You Won’t Believe What It Is:

"She said that no matter who is on the ticket, ‘our community,’ i.e. black people, should always vote Democratic. She also said black youth need to be taught to always vote for the Democrat, no matter who it is, what they’ve said, or what they’ve done.

As if that isn’t bad enough, she made another highly questionable and racially charged statement. In fact, had Sarah Palin, Michelle Malkin, Marsha Blackburn, or, heck, even Mia Love or Tim Scott had made this statement, by virtue of the fact that they are Republicans, the Left would have a field day with their racist accusations and demands for apology.

But their Michelle “Antoinette” said it, "
